Moria Gate Arch, Kahuraugi National Park - New Zealand
The majestic arch of Moria was dug by a river which today meanders serenely in the heart of an untouched primary forest. A narrow, muddy channel leads to it, hidden under imposing rocks covered with thick moss, which seem to have been thrown there by some giants of a bygone era.
The river was swollen by the rains, preventing me from putting up my tripod. I shall go back there again!
